Coombes Home Improvements is a family run business based in Drayton Village, Oxfordshire.
We've built our business on the foundations of good, honest, high-quality workmanship and customer service. We believe that being prompt, friendly and helpful is just as important as our skills as tradesmen.
We have over 10 years experience within the home improvements and maintenance industry. There's no job we can't tackle, from tiling a cloakroom splashback to rewiring your whole house.
We offer a full on site survey, quotation service to suit our customers needs including advice on electrical, kitchen and bathroom design and suppliers.
The Team
Dean Coombes
Dean is the owner and director of Coombes Home Improvements Ltd.
Dean has worked in the electrical industry since 1999 when he started his electrical apprenticeship at Advanced Electrical. He spent 13 years perfecting his trade at GEC Electrical Contractors.
Dean has worked in the kitchens and bathrooms installation industry for the last 15 years. He took on his biggest project in 2014, a complete renovation of his own home.
Sarah Coombes
Sarah has worked for Coombes Home Improvements since the beginning as Finance and Marketing manager. Sarah's background is in marketing, working in STEM publishing and recruitment industry.
Sarah is also owner of Peony Parties, a teepee sleepover and picnic party hire business.
Never happier than in the kitchen baking, Sarah also enjoys gardening and going on adventures with her family.
Joseph Clark
Joe is our Apprentice Electrician having recently passed his BTEC Engineering course and A levels in Economics and Resistant Materials with flying colours.
Joe can be found on the tools each day with Dean and is already pretty handy with a chop saw!
In his spare time Joe loves to play football and when he’s not on the pitch he’s supporting his favourite team, Manchester United.
