Coombes Home Improvements did a full kitchen renovation at our house between August and November this year and we are beyond thrilled with the results. Dean is a total master of his (various) trades – a fantastic all rounder – we really did try and challenge him but it turns out he’s just pretty excellent at everything!
It was more than a kitchen re-fit, the whole lot was stripped back leaving a bare shell for Dean and Joe to work with. They were always punctual, friendly, methodical in their work and I didn’t hear one single grumble during the weeks they were here. Nothing was a problem for Dean (even the problems!) and we discussed every aspect of the work, bounced ideas and he always explained the process to us really well.
What we also rated highly with Coombes Home Improvements was their own ideas and visions of how things could flow or work more effectively – that really made an impression on us and I think it’s a real skill to be able to work with a customer who has ideas of their own, and bring the whole thing to life.
We now walk into our fantastic bespoke kitchen and just LOVE IT. Such a focus of our home and basically the only place any of us want to be (including the dogs – huge fans of the under floor heating!)

"Dean is an absolute star, who recently tiled our kitchen and did some electrical work in the house. He was prompt to give us a quote for the work, which was competitive and fair. He was exceedingly polite, easy to stay in contact with, cleaned up during and after the work was finished, and the final product looks amazing.
Our kitchen looks brand new and magazine-worthy! We went with a difficult tile pattern, and nothing was too much of a challenge for Dean to complete.
